In your Initial Consultation you will meet one of our qualified instructors, learn the fundamentals of Pilates technique and be introduced to the different Pilates equipment in the studio.
Adopting the six Pilates principles with you in mind, the aim is to assist you personally in regaining core strength, stability and movement.
After this initial session our Pilates instructors will be able to guide you to the best suited classes on offer in the studio, or provide you with the option to either continue with a series of private consultations or build a Clinical Pilates program, with a future in the studio in mind.

A Private Consultation is where you work to build an individualised program that suits your needs and ensures you achieve your goals.
Many clients like to start with a number of private sessions before moving into the small group classes. A shared session with a maximum of 2-3 clients can also be incorporated into a private session known as a duet or private small group private session.
All exercises are delivered according to your program and tailored to your individual goals.

Our Clinical Pilates sessions are specially developed based on individual limitations, needs and goals. They are a one-on-one session tailored to accelerate the progression of your rehabilitation. This kind of supervised practice is particularly suited to those looking to treat chronic pain, recover from injury or improve athletic performance.

Our 21-day body reset challenges you to reset your mind and body by focusing on your physical and mental health through exercise and wellness guidance with SMART Pilates.
Designed for all fitness levels, you will have access to a number of Pilates sessions per week, nutrition and other wellness discussions, meal planning, coached run/walk sessions, optional weekend sessions, guided by the SMART Pilates team led by wellness and fitness innovator and founder/head instructor, Belinda Johnson.
As part of the challenge, you will receive a subscription to the online and mobile platform program Training Peaks to both keep you accountable to the program enabling easy and private communication with your SMART Pilates instructors.
