No matter where you are on your Pilates journey, we have a class for you.

Reformer Pilates


The SMART Pilates Reformer classes are small-sized classes, allowing attention to detail and care for each and every one of our clients. (5 people max).

Featuring state-of-the-art Australian-made Reformer machines and resistance equipment, our focus is to improve your core strength and stability, enhancing the tone of your muscles and building your body awareness and confidence.

Each person is allocated a reformer machine for the duration of the class to create that full body workout. Learning how to move around the machine and use the springs and levers to create resistance will allow you to focus on your physique equally.

Our classes are led by qualified and professional instructors, who will teach you how to activate muscles correctly, with a focus on the body’s form.

Each of the exercises instructed will assist you with the lengthening of muscles, movement and flow whilst improving strength, stability, control, posture and balance. Where there is uneven weakness, your instructors will be able to assist you in correcting the imbalance.

Our express 40-minute classes or the longer 55-minute reformer classes are designed for anybody, from beginners, right through to the more advanced Pilates student looking to strengthen, balance, lengthen and tone.

Matwork Pilates


The Matwork Pilates classes have an energy that flows through the small group sessions, with an emphasis on technique, breath, anatomy, and controlled movement.

Each of the classes incorporates low impact exercises designed to improve your overall strength and stability, alignment and posture without losing the focus on the body’s core.

The classes use a variety of small props such as bands, balls, toning rings and weights whilst allowing for modifications and progressions to make each class engaging, fun and challenging.

Group Equipment


The group equipment Pilates classes have been developed with a focus on a variety of equipment and techniques in mind so as to broaden the range and variety of exercises.

All of our instructors are professionally qualified to include the following equipment in these classes:

  • Reformer
  • Wunda Chair
  • Cadilac
  • Jumpboard
  • Matwork Pilates exercises

This program is a 50-minute circuit class with every session being challenging and fun. Using all principles of Pilates to strengthen, challenge, stabilise and promote body awareness through workouts.

Cardio Pilates


Our weekly Cardio Pilates classes combine High-Intensity Interval training with dynamic Pilates and conditioning exercises.

The classes are designed to take you through warm up and breath work, then guide you through a fun and dynamic cardio circuit, elevate your heart rate, with a focus on sequence, strengthening and stability. The classes are designed for early mornings, giving you a workout leaving you positively energised ready to take on the day.

Strength & Conditioning


Change your life with strength and conditioning training under the expert guidance of SMART Coaching. The popular choice for personalised classes for those that are focused on improving their strength and creating body awareness and performance.

Each session is designed to improve overall strength with a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on strength, endurance, stability, mobility, power and speed.

Using the best equipment in our small sized classes, no more than 5 people per class, our quality instructors encourage and motivate you. Each session is designed to take you on a journey of body strength, awareness and confidence where you can actually enjoy working out. All classes are personalised taking place in our customised purpose-built gym.

We have seen several of our athletes and Pilates clients join, as well as new clients that want small classes and personalised attention in their workout to avoid injury.

SMART Coaching’s Strength and Conditioning sessions are designed to improve overall strength, speed and endurance for Triathlon, fitness and endurance, building muscle strength using your own body weight and lifting weight.

Stretch & Release


The SMART Pilates stretch & release class is designed to assist you in recovery from training, or improve your wellbeing and posture in a calm manner. A moment to let go, breathe and centre.

Our certified instructors are passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. They will lead you through a series of stretches to improve your posture, flexibility and blood flow but also to relieve back and muscle pain, tension headaches and mental stress. Feel rejuvenated, relaxed and aligned and enjoy all the benefits of stretch and recovery training.

Initial Consultation


In your Initial Consultation you will meet one of our qualified instructors, learn the fundamentals of Pilates technique and be introduced to the different Pilates equipment in the studio. 

Adopting the six Pilates principles with you in mind, the aim is to assist you personally in regaining core strength, stability and movement. 

After this initial session our Pilates instructors will be able to guide you to the best suited classes on offer in the studio, or provide you with the option to either continue with a series of private consultations or build a Clinical Pilates program, with a future in the studio in mind. 

(This session is not needed for attending our mat work classes)

Private Consultations


A Private Consultation is where you work to build an individualised program that suits your needs and ensures you achieve your goals.

Many clients like to start with a number of private sessions before moving into the small group classes. A shared session with a maximum of 2-3 clients can also be incorporated into a private session known as a duet or private small group private session.

All exercises are delivered according to your program and tailored to your individual goals.

SMART Clinical Pilates


Our Clinical Pilates sessions are specially developed based on individual limitations, needs and goals. They are a one-on-one session tailored to accelerate the progression of your rehabilitation. This kind of supervised practice is particularly suited to those looking to treat chronic pain, recover from injury or improve athletic performance.

Specific exercises are carefully prescribed by an allied health professional creating a safe and effective exercise program. This will assist your needs for treatment of a wide range of physical conditions including but not limited to:

  • Neck and/or upper back pain
  • Shoulder pain and dysfunction
  • Lower back pain
  • Pelvic and/or hip pain
  • Post surgery – spinal, shoulder, hip, knee
  • Pre- and post-natal
  • Pelvic floor retraining
  • Degenerative joints
  • Postural and flexibility issues
  • Athletes
  • General conditioning and fitness
  • General well being
  • Injury prevention

If required, referral to other specialists and allied health professionals for further or collaborative opinion and treatment options are available.

Our Clinical Pilates programs also benefit the athlete looking to enhance performance through the improvement of both essential movement and range of motion building strength assisting in preventing injury due to the repetitive nature of the athlete’s sport.

SMART Pilates’ next challenge awaits you this October.


Our 21-day body reset challenges you to reset your mind and body by focusing on your physical and mental health through exercise and wellness guidance with SMART Pilates. 

Designed for all fitness levels, you will have access to a number of Pilates sessions per week, nutrition and other wellness discussions, meal planning, coached run/walk sessions, optional weekend sessions, guided by the SMART Pilates team led by wellness and fitness innovator and founder/head instructor, Belinda Johnson. 

As part of the challenge, you will receive a subscription to the online and mobile platform program Training Peaks to both keep you accountable to the program enabling easy and private communication with your SMART Pilates instructors.
