Our SMART family encompasses all things fitness and wellbeing.

Belinda and Ben Johnson, local fitness couple and founders of businesses SMART Pilates and SMART Coaching reside in Port Macquarie and together have a combined 40 years’ experience working with athletes and training bodies to be at their optimal.

They have a solid commitment and passion to the health and wellbeing industry, which stems from their individual sporting backgrounds and the enjoyment of helping others to be better versions of themselves.

Utilising their combined coaching and mentoring experience coupled with their significant knowledge in the popular and growing wellness area, makes SMART Pilates and SMART Coaching industry leaders.

We take the time to guide, care and look at our athletes with their different needs in front of mind.

SMART Coaching provides customised training across the multi-sports areas, such as swimming, riding, running, as well as providing performance and recovery sessions, such as strength & conditioning to enhance fitness, overcome injury and improve strength.

The SMART Coaching philosophy is to focus on the individual. Create a safe, rewarding, fun and tailored coaching environment for each of our athletes so that they can be the best that they can be.
